03 Mar Child Welfare Position at Bransgore Youth FC
Bransgore Youth FC are currently looking for a Child Welfare Officer (CWO) to join their club and their committee. The Club Welfare Officer has two key responsibilities these are:
1. To be clear about the clubs responsibilities when running activities for children and young people.
2.To help club personnel understand what their ‘duty of care’towards children and young people actually means and entails.
It is essential that the Club Welfare Officer is perceived as being approachable, having a child centred approach and the ability to maintain this perspective when carrying out their role.
As Child Welfare Officer you will also be included on the clubs committee helping make important club decisions in moving this club forward.
